Caroline Kelley, Working with Kess is a breath of fresh air. She creates a beautiful container to explore yourself. She’s incredibly present with her clients, it feels as though she is working through things right beside you. Kess helped me have more grace for myself and gave me tangible practices to bring into my everyday life. I’m grateful for this pocket of community she’s created and I can’t recommend her enough.
