Pilates Teacher. Thank you, Kessuda (Kru Kess), for guiding me toward awakening and developing the mindfulness habit. The practice of pausing thoughts and frequently bringing awareness to the present moment has been a starting point for me to better understand myself and to recognize my emotions, feelings, and motivations more clearly. With ongoing practice through her thoughts provoking questions and inviting me to observe and pay attention, I have gradually come to see the sources of suffering I used to cling to. Now, I feel much freer, happier, and experience shorter periods of suffering. Each day, I have more energy and calmly handle challenges. Meeting Kessuda was a shortcut that helped me understand how mindfulness practice can create real changes in my daily life.
