Mindfulness Enneagram for Therapy

This curriculum is a good tool to help understand how thoughts form attachments and beliefs that can cause stress. When stress increases it affects the physical health and problems arise such as back pain, lumbago, abdominal pain, inflammation, high blood pressure, loss of energy, depression, and irritability. The Enneagram working process will help you develop self-, ego-, and emotional awareness. You will gain the ability to recognize the automatic patterns that cause your stress then learn to deal with it in a healthy way resulting in better relationships, a more relaxed outlook, and a sense of happiness and health.
1 hour/session $80 and continues as needed.
