Yoga Concentration for Children
For kids from 3 to 6 years old.
For Ages 3-6: Uses the techniques of telling stories, singing songs, or imagining the postures of animals, coupled with teaching material from the book. (For additional information, refer to the book Turning into Yoga Kids.)
Develops good personalities and concentration, strong bodies, good dispositions, and promotes imagination and gentleness and relaxation in children.
One 40 minute class and continuing as needed.
