My Yoga:
Meaning
My area of yoga expertise is Mindfulness Yoga. It is cultivating the ability to be aware and be the master of both mind and body. It likes mindfulness meditation: therapeutic, scientific, safe, gentle but powerful. It incorporates focusing the mind. I adapt yoga for everyone – those with physical limitations, babies, children of different ages, teenagers, adults, parental yoga and yoga for seniors.
It is safe, therapeutic and gentle but also quite powerful. It isn’t like any workout or yoga classes that you will generally see in studios or fitness centers.
I have more than 30 years experience practicing yoga. With this style of my practice it proves and show that I have a physical and mental healthy without doing a difficult movement or hard like the cardio

I have more than 30 years experience practicing yoga. I studied and practiced yoga in 1986 at the age of 19 with Ajaan Sington Kamsaw (graduate of the Visavaparathi Santinigetion University, India ). I’ve became certified through the Kyivalyadhama curriculum of yoga teacher training from Thai Yoga Institution, Bangkok, Thailand. l’ve also completed: RYT – 200 Yoga Teacher Certificate training “The Inner Fire Yoga” from Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Beginning in 1997, I taught yoga as a primary vocation, serving as an Adjunct Professor of India philosophy (Yoga) in the Anthropology Faculty of Srinakarintarawirot Prasanmitre University, and also worked on a variety of health-related issues, including research for the Ministry of Public Health in the “Forum for a New Learning Paradigm to Healthiness.” In 1999, I became a yoga teacher of renown in Thailand – bringing a distinctive, relaxed, gentle, and diverse style of teaching emphasizing one’s heart-mind and adaptability to the learner. I have produced more than 20 yoga-related publications, produced videos, written essays, written six books about yoga, life, children and education, and worked for widely-accepted charitable organizations whenever possible.
